Directions:

• Bring fresh water to a boil. Pour 200 cc of hot water over one tea-bag in a cup. Limit use to one tea-bag per day.
• For best results, always use porcelain or glass containers. Cover cup with lid and allow tea-bag to steep for 3 minutes.
• Stir and press tea-bag gently with spoon and stir well to fully release fragrance or herbs. Do not add sugar.
