Recommended Dosage:

Adults: To help maintain/support cardiovascular health: Take 2-3 softgels per day with food. To help reduce serum triglycerides: Take 3 softgels per day with food and use for a minimum of 6 weeks to see beneficial e ects. To help promote healthy mood balance: Take 1-2 softgels per day with food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place, protected from light.
