Black cumin (Nigella sativa) is an herb native to the Middle Eastern and South-Asian regions of the world, and has long been used in traditional healing systems for a variety of treatments. These seeds contain a number of substances attributed to their bioactive properties including thymoquinone, saponins, alkaloids, and high levels of beneficial fatty acids including linoleic acid and oleic acid for the maintenance of good health.

Suggested Use:

Adults: Take 2 softgels three times daily before a meal or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. Take with food. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after those. Consult a health-wellness-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a health‑Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult a health‑Wellness-Care practitioner if you have hypotension or hypertension and/or are taking antihypertensive agents.
