Suggested Use:
Recommended adult dose
1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Swallow whole, do not chew or crush. For anti-inflammatory and immune function: 1 tablet 3-5 times daily on an empty stomach with water or juice, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
