Take 1 to 2 PURPLE•K capsules 30 minutes prior to your workout and 1 to 2 PURPLE•K capsules within 60 minutes of finishing your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning. A loading phase is not required.

- Kre-Alkalyn (Buffered Creatine Monohydrate pH12+): Kre-Alkalyn is a patented ingredient. It is created through the manipulation of creatine monohydrate buffering it so that it synthesizes a creatine molecule that has a pH level above 12, which is notably higher than the typical, unmodified creatine ethyl ester found in other creatine supplements. The pH-correct creatine in PURPLE•K, Kre-Alkalyn, is exclusively patented to be the only creatine with a pH level from 7.0 to 14.0. All other creatine products, including creatine ethyl ester, must have a pH below 6.9. Creatine ethyl ester isn’t pH-correct, and has been shown to convert completely into inactive creatinine almost instantaneously in warm water. Suggesting there are no physiological conditions that non-pH-correct creatine ethyl ester would result in the production of useful creatine as it moves through the body. The study concludes that supplementing with non-pH-correct creatine ethyl ester does not result in the reduction of fatigue symptoms. Fortunately the pH-correct creatine in PURPLE•K doesn’t suffer the same catastrophic breakdown as other creatine ethyl ester supplements.
