It also provides beta carotene, equivalent to 500 mcg RAE of Vitamin A, which helps maintain eyesight, skin membranes, and immune function, and helps in the development and maintenance of night vision, bones, and teeth. 

Suggested Use:

Take one soft gel per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
