Silybum marianum is a short annual plant grown in dry rocky soils in Europe and the USA. The whole plant may be harvested for medicinal purpose. Traditionally, milk thistle is employed for two purposes: Promoting the health of the liver in healthy and weakened states, and promoting the production of milk in nursing mothers.

Suggested Use:

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), two to three times per day with food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

Other ingredients: Purified water, Apple Flavour, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate.
