Directions for Use: Adults:  Take a single dose (1 capsule) at bedtime, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.  Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.  Take two to three times per week.  If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.  Consult a health care practioner for use beyond 7 days.  No refrigeration required.  Store in a cool, dry place.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Water.  Gluten, dairy and soy free.
Warning: Do not use if you have Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes that is not well controlled. Loose stools or diarrhea may occur. If loose stools persist, discontinue use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Overuse may cause dependence for bowel function.
Adults: Take 1 capsule in the evening on an empty stomach as needed. Oral dosage produces action in 6 to 12 hours. Do not take within 2 hours of other medication.
