Senna leaves are traditionally taken to relieve occasional irregularity. This product generally produces bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours.

Recommended Use: 

Adults: Take 3 capsules at bedtime with 250 mL of water. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.
