Suggested Use: 

5-9 years old: Take one at the first sign of infection. Take 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times daily.  Children 10-14 years old: take at the first sign of infection. Take 1-2 Tablespoons, 3 times daily.  Adults and adolescents 15+:Take at the first sign of infection. Take 2 Tablespooins, 3 times daily.
