Citrus Supreme is a synergistic blend of our citrus essential oils. The freshness of orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime essential oils combined provide a delicate, refreshing scent. Ideal for creating a relaxing mood.

The Citrus Supreme essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy for relieving symptoms associated to mild anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in a bath by diluting them with a neutral base. It can also be used for massage therapy when diluted with a carrier oil.

Suggested Use:

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. Massage : Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.
