Nordika Forest essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in a bath by diluting them with a neutral base. It can also be used for massage therapy when diluted with a carrier oil.

Suggested Use:

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. Massage : Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply on the affected area 3 times a day.
