Psyllium Husk is a bulk-forming laxative that is used for relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movements in 12 to 72 hours.

Suggested Use: 

Adults: Take 5 capsules three times daily with 250 mL of water. Produces bowel movement in 12-72 hours. In addition, drink 6 to 8 glasses of liquid each day unless otherwise instructed by a physician.
